- Hello. I am Colonel Yousef Al-Hamdan and prefer to be addressed at Yousef. I am a Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) Colonel currently assigned as Contract Director Supervisor for the RSADF at Raytheon Company in Andover, Massachusetts. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, I have worked in the field of engineering for more than twenty-two years in the Engineering and Housing Directorate which is one of my countries most vital Engineering and Technical Departments within the Ministry of Defense.
